A Missouri prosecutor has filed a second-degree involuntary manslaughter charge against a Dairy Queen manager accused of bullying a 17-year-old employee who killed himself.
Officers with the Sedalia Police Department and troopers from the Missouri State Highway Patrol were called to a residence in the 200 block of S. Park on Friday afternoon after a bullet hole was observed in a front window of the home.
