Some comments were made during the March 18 Council Meeting regarding where fire stations should be located to provide the best possible emergency response times to all citizens.
A little over 24 hours after MoDOT forced the City of Sedalia to close the Washington Street Bridge to due to safety concerns, the Pettis County Commission stepped up and donated $200,000 to help with the cost of repairing the railroad bridge.
