The Kansas City Chiefs Leave Arrowhead Stadium For Another Location? It Could Happen
Our Kansas City Chiefs have had a busy off season. They have traded Tyreek Hill for a bunch of draft picks. They signed some free agents. They are preparing to make another run for the playoffs and would like to bring another Super Bowl trophy home to Arrowhead Stadium. By all accounts, it is an amazing place to see a football game and it often has proven to be a home field advantage for the Chiefs.
What if we didn't play our home games there anymore? Apparently, it could happen. The Ringer’s Kevin Clark, covering the NFL meetings this week in Palm Beach, Florida, tweeted an exchange Tuesday he had with Chiefs President Mark Donovan.
You can imagine that this got the attention of the Mayor of Kansas City, who obviously wants to keep the Chiefs as long as possible.
You can get more details on this story HERE, but lets hope that the Chiefs will be staying right where they are for a long time. I have yet to be inside for a Chiefs game, or a concert yet, and since we carry KC on our sister station during football season, lets hope they stay right where they are.
