Time to Dig out the Heavy Outerwear

If you were looking for an excuse to wear that new Winter coat or the sweater that Aunt Bertha knitted you, your ship just came in. The more Fall-like temperatures we experienced over Christmas and the New Year will go by the wayside.

A cold air mass will settle into the region this week with highs in the teens and 20s through Saturday. Light snow is expected across much of the area Thursday morning with the potential for light accumulations around an inch.
