Two Tipton residents and one woman from Bunceton, MO were injured recently in a Cooper County vehicle wreck.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the wreck at approximately 10:20 at night on October 27 on Route B, just south of McCulloch Road.

According to the online crash report, the driver of a Chevy Silverado, 21-year old Johnathan D. Stockwell, of Tipton, failed to negotiate a curve, traveled off the road, struck a sign, then five yard posts and a tree.

Stockwell and a passenger, 22-year old Cheyanne L. Stackman, of Bunceton, suffered serious injuries. Both were taken to University Hospital for treatment.

Another passenger, a 3-year old female (name not listed), suffered minor injuries and treated at the scene.

The Chevy was totaled and towed.
