Sedalia Police performed a traffic stop on a maroon Saturn passenger car early Tuesday morning, because the vehicle did not have any license plates.

The traffic stop took place in the area of Clarendon Road and Anderson Avenue. Officers spoke to the driver and a single passenger.

The driver, Skylar Dawn Blagden, 21, of Warrensburg, had a suspended driver's license and two active warrants for her arrest.

One was for Johnson County for Stealing, and the other was a Failure to Appear warrant from Pettis County on original charges of Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle.

Blagden was arrested on the warrants, and charges of Driving While Suspended, No Proof of Insurance, and Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle. Total bond for Blagden was $5,089.50.

The passenger, Izaak Harlan Bartley, 19, of Sedalia, had a Johnson County warrant for stealing with a $5,000 cash-only bond. Both Blagden and Bartley were transported to the Pettis County Jail, with a cash or surety bond of $2,500.
