Two Bothwell Clinics Changing Locations

Bothwell Family Medicine Associates (BFMA) and Bothwell OB/GYN Associates are changing locations and will open in new spaces on April 15.

BFMA is Bothwell’s largest family clinic and is moving to the first floor of the Healing Arts Center at 3700 W. 10th Street in Sedalia. Patients can easily access the clinic by entering the building’s west entrance. Bothwell OB/GYN Associates is moving to 3401 W. 10th Street in Sedalia.

The two clinics are changing locations to allow BFMA additional space as the care team continues to grow.

“Bothwell Family Medicine Associates is Bothwell’s largest provider of family care and home to the Bothwell-University of Missouri Rural Family Medicine Residency,” said Marvin Smoot, Clinic Operations vice president. “The number of family medicine physicians in the clinic continues to grow and more exam rooms and teaching spaces are needed. Switching locations with Bothwell OB/GYN Associates to the larger Healing Arts Center will provide additional space for both of those activities."

To complete the move, the clinics will be closed April 11 and 12 and may only have a few appointment times available. For urgent help during this time, people should visit Walk In Winchester on the first floor of the Healing Arts Center at 3700 W. 10th Street or Walk In Off Broadway at 700 S. Hancock. People with serious issues should go to the Emergency Department at 601 E. 14th Street.
