Two teens were injured in a one-vehicle wreck that occurred Thursday night in Henry County.

According to the MSHP, 18-year-old Rachel M. Kelso of Windsor was the driver of an eastbound 2002 Chevy on NE 100 Road, east of NE 291 Road, at 7:42 p.m., when the vehicle slid on the gravel road and traveled off the left side of the roadway, returned to the roadway and ran off the right side where it struck a bridge guard, went airborne, impacted the ground and overturned.

Kelso and her passenger, 19-year-old Kendra R. Phillips of Calhoun, both suffered moderate injuries and were transported to Golden Valley Hospital by EMS. Both occupants were wearing a safety device, according to the report.

The Chevy was totaled.
