Two Injured on I-70 in Saline County Wreck

Two people were injured Tuesday afternoon in a Saline County wreck that occurred on I-70.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the wreck just after 12:00, at 65.2 mile marker on I-70.

According to the online crash report, a 2005 Honda, driven by 54-year old David E. Collins of Bowling Green, MO, traveled off the interstate and struck a ditch.

Two passengers in the vehicle, 12-year old Angel D. Collins, of Bowling Green, and 45-year old Carol A. Hyde, of Columbia, suffered minor injuries. Collins and Hyde were both taken to I-70 Medical Center for treatment.

David Collins was reportedly uninjured.
