Two Men Charged In Connection With A Fatal Shooting In Independence

INDEPENDENCE, Mo. (AP) — Two men are charged in connection with the fatal shooting of a third person during a break-in at a home in Independence. Police say the three were breaking into the home late Friday when the homeowner discovered them and shots were fired. The homeowner was wounded.
