Two Passengers Injured in Warrensburg Wreck

Two children were injured Friday night in a two-vehicle wreck in Warrensburg.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the wreck at 10:00, on Highway DD at Highway 13.

According to the online crash report, a 2009 Chevy Cobalt was stopped at the intersection, when a Honda motorcycle did not stop and struck the rear of the Chevy. The driver of the motorcycle, 20-year old Juan M. Colon, of Warrensburg, was reportedly uninjured.

Two passengers in the Chevy suffered minor injuries; 12-year old Caleb L. McComb, and 15-year old Makenna J. Overall, both of Warrensburg.

McComb and Overall were both taken to Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment. According to the report, the driver of the Chevy, 20-year old Destiny L. Lanigan, of Warrensburg, was not injured.
