Two Teens Killed in Pettis County Rollover

Two teens were killed in a Pettis County crash that occurred Wednesday afternoon.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a northbound 2020 Hino moving truck driven by 18-year-old Miguel A. Perez-Cuellar of Pharr, Texas, was on Route E, north of Cottage School Road at 12:09 p.m, when the truck ran off the right side of the road, then returned and began skidding. The truck then traveled off the left side of the road, struck the ground and overturned.

Perez-Cuellar and his passenger, 18-year-old Fabian Alaniz-Santiago of Pharr, Texas, were both killed in the wreck. The bodies were taken to the Pettis County Coroner's Office in Sedalia.

The truck was totaled and towed by Don's Truck Towing.

Pettis County deputies assisted the four Patrolmen at the scene.
