Two Women Injured in Crossover Crash in Benton County

Two people were injured in a Benton County crash that occurred Thursday night.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, an eastbound 2020 Chevy Malibu, driven by 30-year-old Tanna R. See of Warsaw, crossed the center line on Missouri 7 at Forest Ridge Drive and struck a westbound 2009 Mazda 6 driven by 39-year-old Beverly M. Schulte of Clinton.

Both women suffered serious injuries and were transported to Golden Valley Hospital for treatment. Neither were wearing a seat belt, according to the report.

Both vehicles had extensive damage.

Benton County deputies assisted the Patrol at the scene.
