The Missouri State Fair competition schedule is officially underway this Thursday, July 27, beginning with the 4-H and FFA Horse Show, followed by the prestigious Society Horse Show, Tuesday, Aug. 1. These events are open to the public at no charge.

“Equine shows are an important part of the Missouri State Fair competition schedule that we look forward to each year,” Fair Director Mark Wolfe said. “Due to the large number of entries hosted during the 11-day Fair, these two shows are held in advance.”
