Vehicle Collision Injures LaMonte, Warrensburg Residents

Two residents from LaMonte and Warrensburg were injured Tuesday morning on eastbound Highway 50 in Pettis County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the wreck just before 9:00, on US-50 at Highway 127.

According to the online crash report, a 1998 Isuzu Rodeo collided with a 2010 Ford Escort in the intersection.

The driver of the Isuzu, 17-year old Zachary S. Webber, of LaMonte, suffered minor injuries. The driver of the Ford, 45-year old Jennifer L. Blessing, of Warrensburg, also suffered minor injuries.

Webber and Blessing were taken to Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment.

The crash report indicates both drivers were wearing safety devices. The vehicles were totaled and towed.
