Warrensburg Resident Injured in 3 Vehicle Wreck

A three vehicle wreck in Johnson County sent a 48-year old Warrensburg woman to the hospital with injuries Wednesday afternoon.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the wreck at 1:25, on MO-13 at Route H.

According to the online crash report, a Chevrolet Monte Carlo was northbound when a Chevy Colorado and a Chevy Silverado were stopped in the northbound lane. The Monte Carlo then struck the rear of the Colorado, which then struck the rear of the Silverado.

The driver of the Colorado, 48-year old Melody L. Quick, of Warrensburg, suffered serious injuries. She was taken to Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment.

The other drivers, 18-year old Alexis B. Looney, of Higginsville, and 54-year old Jonathan W. Davis, of Mayview, MO, were reportedly uninjured.

All three drivers involved were wearing safety devices.
