Warsaw Woman Injured in Benton County Crash

A Warsaw woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Friday morning in Benton County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 47-year-old Martha R. French of Warsaw was the driver of a 1998 Toyota on Highway BB, east of Honey Bear Loop at 9:55 a.m., when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway, and struck a ditch.

French suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center by Warsaw-Lincoln Ambulance. She was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the report.

The Toyota had extensive damage and was towed from the scene.

Benton County deputies assisted the Patrol.
