YouTube Video Claims to Show a Ghost in Sedalia [Watch]

We were looking through YouTube and came across this video from 2008 that claims to have captured a ghost in Sedalia. 

According to Missouri Paranormal's description of the video: "We caught an image of what appears to be an figure walking in the upstairs hallway at Malones on Main in Sedalia MO [sic]. No one was present during the time that this evidence was captured."

I don't know that I'm convinced. The video's pretty grainy. To be honest, I had to watch it several times before I finally saw the "ghost." I guess it could be a ghost ... maybe.

The MissouriGhosts YouTube channel also has footage of a "demonic encounter," "shadow figure" and items moving by themselves. They're pretty fun to watch, even if you're kind of skeptical.
