2 Found Dead Inside Burning Home in Berkeley; Man Sought

Police in the St. Louis County town of Berkeley are searching for a man after his mother and girlfriend were found dead inside a burning home.

Firefighters discovered the bodies of the women while battling the blaze just before 2 a.m. Wednesday. Autopsies are planned, but Police Chief Frank McCall Jr. says the deaths are suspicious.

Police call the 39-year-old man who lived at the home a "person of interest."

Names of the victims have not been released.
