A two-vehicle wreck in Johnson County sent a 37-year old Knob Noster woman to the hospital with moderate injuries Monday evening.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident at 7:35, on NE 801 Road at NE 600 Road.

According to the online crash report, a 1997 Ford and a 2005 Chevrolet both entered the intersection. The Ford then struck the side of the Chevy and both vehicle traveled off the road.

A passenger in the Chevy, Flora S. Fitzwater, of Knob Noster, suffered moderate injuries in the collision. She was taken to Lee's Summit Medical Center, by JCAD, for treatment.

The driver of the Ford, 17-year old Clay A. Epperson, and the driver of the Chevy, 43-year old Micheal D. Fitzwater, both of Knob Noster, were not injured according to the report.
