Grab your blanket and chairs and head to Liberty Park for our outdoor movie in the park! Enjoy an evening outdoors while watching Casper with your family and friends! This event is free to attend! Popcorn, hot cocoa (if weather is cold), and your favorite move snacks will be available for purchase!

Movie will start at approx. 7:30pm or when it is dark enough to play.

Join Downtown Excelsior Springs for the Oktoberfest Fall Festival in Downtown Excelsior Springs on October 5, 2019! Bed Racing, Street Vendors, Barrel Rolls and so much more! Join us for this festival that celebrates craft beers and all things fall! Stay tuned for additional information for the bed racing and vendor signs up!

Come view hundreds of carved pumpkins at the Missouri Veterans Home and enjoy tasty fall treats.

Join State Fair Community College this fun, family event held on their Sedalia campus. This 5k will take place on October 12, 2019. Sign in is at 7 a.m. and start time is 8:30 a.m.

Registration deadline is September 13. People who register by the 13 will receive a FREE t-shirt and swag bag.

Adults: $25
Children under 13: $15

Proceeds will benefit the United Way of Pettis County campaign to drive solutions to hunger, childhood development and mental health/substance abuse disorder initiatives.

With the tradition of community, family and friends. The Hartsburg Pumpkin Festival began in 1991 as a celebration of the pumpkin and the promotion for the village of Hartsburg. In those days, and to the present, Hartsburg was known as “The Garden Spot of Boone County.” That rich Missouri River bottom soil produces unique and bountiful harvests of grains, grasses, fruits, and vegetables.
