The Bothwell Regional Health Center Foundation recently announced final proceeds of $19,762.50 from its Lub Dub 5K/10K Walk Run held on April 27. The funds will be used to purchase an Xper Swing software addition for the hospital's cardiac catheterization lab.

The Xper Swing software will allow physicians to get a three-dimensional view during artery studies while cutting the patient's exposure to radiation and contrast dye.

There were 515 participants in the 2013 Lub Dub 5K/10K Walk Run, the first year the number of participants topped 500.
