Funeral Announcements for March 9, 2026

A Celebration of Life for Brenda J. Eckhoff, 82, of Smithton will be held at 5 p.m. Friday, March 13 at Maplewood Church. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. prior to the service at the church.

A Celebration of Life for Gary S. Bennett, Sr., 70, of Sedalia, will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, March 21 at the Heckart Family Center, 915 S. Ohio Ave., Sedalia.

Visitation for Donna Marie Bradford, 67, of Sedalia, will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 14 at Heckart Funeral Home with a funeral service beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery at a later date.

Visitation for Rhonda Ann Johnson, 55, of Sedalia, will begin at 5 p.m. Friday, March 13 at Heckart Funeral Home, followed by a Celebration of Life at 7 p.m.

Funeral service for  Harold Dean Brown, 87, of Lincoln, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 14 at the Fountain of Praise Mennonite Church, 23479 Highway H, Lincoln. Burial will be in Black Oak Cemetery near Lincoln. Military honors will be presented by American Legion Post No. 305. The family will receive friends beginning at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the church. A celebration of life will held at a later date for David Everett Kemp, 73, of Sedalia. Arrangements are by Heckart Funeral Home.
