Cenex Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested

On May 14th, 2020, Officers were dispatched to the Cenex gas station at 120 East 16th Street for a reported armed robbery.

Through investigation, Detectives were able to develop a suspect in the robbery.  On Monday, Aug. 24, 21-year-old Jacob D. Eaton was arrested by Sedalia Police Officers on an outstanding warrant issued for his arrest regarding this case in the area of West Main Street and Dundee Avenue.

Eaton is currently being held in the Pettis County Jail pending a $250,000 cash or surety bond.

Eaton is being charged with Attempted Robbery, Armed Criminal Action and Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
