Circuit Court Cases Resolved December 6 – 21

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from December 6- 21, 2021.

Christina Horn: age 28, Sedalia, Mo was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and an additional 10 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Nathan D. Chrisman: age 37, Kansas City, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Gerald Keith Farrow: age 38, Kansas City, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Driving While Revoked.

Jeannie M. Davidson: age 47, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Trafficking in the Second Degree.

Viktor Gergovskyy: age: 31, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two consecutive 10 year sentences for two counts of Trafficking in the Second Degree. Mr. Gerovskyy was sentenced to additional 5, 5 and 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (1 count Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Fentanyl, Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 1 count of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Clonazepam).

Angel Martinez: age 21, LaMonte, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Resisting Arrest.

Jacob Masters: age:36, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Arson in the Second Degree.

Cornell Z. Fisher: age 21, Columbia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Stealing.

Aaron W. Argenbright: age 40, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7, 7, 7, 4 & 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on five separate matters (3 counts Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 2 counts Driving While Revoked.

Paul A. Bogle: age 47, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Patricia K. Ryan: age 26, Independence, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.

Mason James Heston: age 18, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle and Resisting Arrest.

Melvin L. Ward, Jr.: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Stealing and Assault in the Third Degree.

Michelle L. Bradley: age 26, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Tristian Harrison: age 37, Warsaw, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Donald R. Knox: age 30, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Violation of Order of Protection and Resisting Arrest. Mr. Knox was sentenced to an additional 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Donald Webb: age 55, Columbia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Robin D. Nyegard: age 56, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to three 7 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Daniel D. Carr, II: age 50, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Resisting an Arrest.
