Country Line Dancing Classes At SFCC
If you are looking to get a little bit of exercise and spend some time with people, and enjoy country music, (which I assume is all of you reading this and who like our station) I think I have an activity for you, courtesy for State Fair Community College.
The LearningForce will be offering country line dancing and couples dance courses beginning this February. The classes will be in the Hopkins Center, Room 714, on the Sedalia campus.
The beginner country couples dance class will meet from 7-9pm on Tuesdays from Feb 1 to March 29. There will be no classes March 1 and 15th. This particular course is geared for the beginners and people who want to brush up on their skills and learn basic steps. Smooth-soled shoes are recommended and the cost is $65 per person and there are 7 sessions.
The beginner country line dancing class will also be from 7-9 pm on Thursdays from Feb 3rd to March 24th. No partner? This would be the class for you. $69 per person and 7 sessions as well.
How about those of you who have some experience with this? There will be intermediate classes. For couples, and for line dancing. The dates to secure are March 31 to May 12. More advanced classes. 7 sessions for $69. Line Dancing.
Couples classes on the Intermediate level. April 5th to May 17th. 7 sessions, $65 per person.
Now perhaps a few of you are over the age of 60. Exercise is good, and there is a discount of 10%.
