Four Arrested After Chase That Starts in Warrensburg & Ends Near Clinton
On the evening of Thursday, Dec. 1, members of the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office Crime Resolution Team (CRT), Sgt. Mike Bilbruck and Officer Doubledee, attempted a traffic stop on a Ford passenger vehicle within the city limits of Warrensburg.
The passenger vehicle failed to yield and proceeded to lead law enforcement on a pursuit into Henry County.
The vehicle was disabled with a tire deflation device north of the city limits of Clinton, by Officers with the Clinton Police Department.
Two male subjects fled from the vehicle, later identified as Dillon Martin, of Warrensburg, and Jordan Burkart, of Warrensburg, who were later located with the assistance of the Clinton Police Department, Henry County Sheriff’s Office and Johnson County CRT member, Detective Chase Jackson. Martin and Dillon were placed on a 24-hour investigation hold for resisting or interfering with an arrest and are pending formal charging.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Delana Frazier, of Raymore, who was taken into custody for outstanding warrants and a 24-hour investigative hold for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle and resisting or interfering with arrest.
An additional male passenger was identified as Zarin Johnson, of Kirksville, was also taken into custody on a 24-hour investigative hold for interfering with the investigation and is pending formal charges. An additional passenger was also identified and released on scene with no formal pending charges.
