Funeral Announcements for April 17, 2024

Prayers of the Rosary for Nelson Gordon Collins, 85, of Sedalia, will begin at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, April 20 at St. Vincent de Paul St. Patrick Chapel, with visitation to follow until 10:45 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Memorial service for Elizabeth Jean Phillips, 86, of Sedalia will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 20 at Heckart Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 1 p.m., until service time.

A celebration of life for Sara Beth Shireman, 44, of Sedalia, will be held by the family at a later date. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Visitation for Rose Marie (Allison) Dick, 70, of Tipton, will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 18 at Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home in Tipton. Private burial will be in Syracuse Cemetery at a later date.

A Celebration of Life for Phyllis Raylene Cornine, 84, of Nelson, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 17 at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Friends may sign the online register book at www.campbell-lewis.com.

A family gathering for Arthur Gudoshnikov, 21, of Sedalia, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 17 at Rea Funeral Chapel. Burial will immediately follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Funeral service for Leonel Francis Schlobohm, 97, of Kansas City, formerly of Smithton, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 20 at Birmingham Community Church, 421 Spratley, Birmingham, Mo. Visitation will begin at10 a.m., until service time at the church. Burial will be in Lake Creek Cemetery near Smithton at 2:30 p.m. Saturday with full military honors conducted by VFW Post 2591 and US Army. Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

A celebration of life for Carol Anne Hertel 77, of Cole Camp, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 27 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Cole Camp. Arrangements in care of Fox Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Heraldo Davila-Guerrero, 48, of Sedalia, will be 12 p.m. Friday, April 19 at Heckart Funeral Home. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.

A memorial service for Anthony Dale Reed, 93, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 20 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel. The body was donated to the KU Medical Center Gift of Body Program. Burial of the cremains will be held at a later date in Fairmount Cemetery, Jetmore, Kan.
