Funeral Announcements for April 26, 2024

A celebration of life for Carol Anne Hertel 77, of Cole Camp, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 27 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Cole Camp. Arrangements in care of Fox Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Erin Rogers, 37, Sedalia, will take place at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Friday April 26. Burial will be in Botts Cemetery.

Memorial service for Mazie Mae Meeks, 76, of Cole Camp, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 27 at the Good Samaritan Care Center in Cole Camp.  Burial will be in Stover Cemetery in Stover.  The family suggests memorial contributions be given to the Good Samaritan Care Center or Stover Cemetery in care of Fox Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Peggy Lynn Bay, 61, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 29 at Pyrmont Trinity Lutheran Church near Stover.  Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, 2024, at Fox Funeral Home, with a prayer service to be held at 7 p.m.

The family of Michael Dennis Case, 66, of Cole Camp, will receive friends beginning at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 26 at Fox Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m.  Burial will be in Old Trinity Lutheran Cemetery near Cole Camp.

A private burial for Patricia Ann (Anderson) Barklage, 78, will take place at Longwood Cemetery in Longwood. Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Visitation for Scott Joseph Kammerich, 67, of Pilot Grove, will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, April 29, at Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home in Pilot Grove, followed by a graveside committal service and military honors at 6:30 p.m. at St. Joseph Cemetery.

Prayers of the Rosary for Alice Marie Wenner, 84, of Sedalia, will begin at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, April 27 at St. Vincent de Paul Church, Sacred Heart Chapel, followed by visitation at 9 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

The family of  Ruby Faye Templeton, 91, of Sedalia, will have a celebration of life at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Memorial service for Mary Lou Holliday, 76, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 4, at Katy Park Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church. Burial will be at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

The family of Mark Allen Bird, 63, of Sedalia, will hold a celebration of life at a later date.

A celebration of life for William Joseph McDowell, 83, of Sedalia will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 29 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery immediately following the service.

There are no services scheduled at this time for John Edward Closser, 87, of Sedalia. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.
