Funeral Announcements for April 29, 2021

A Celebration of Life for Joshua Wade Bridges, 32, of Sedalia, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 5 at Rea Funeral Chapel.

A memorial service for Marlene Patricia Kopplin, 78, will be held Friday, April 30, at Christ and Trinity Lutheran Church at 11 a.m. Inurnment will take place at the Veterans cemetery in Higginsville.

Funeral services for Dorothy Wissman Jennings, of Parkville, formerly of Sedalia, will be held on Friday, April 30 at 11 a.m. at Heckart Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 29 at the funeral home.

A Celebration of Life for Ruth Kirkpatrick Zemke Barkacs, 81, of Sedalia, will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, May 8, at Antioch Fellowship Church. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A memorial service for Lanny R. Palmer, 73, of Sedalia, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 2 at Heckart Funeral Home. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. until time of service. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

A funeral service for Lois Quigley, 84, of Windsor, will be at 7 p.m., Friday evening, April 30, at Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m., before the service. Friends may sign the book and pay their respects from 9 a.m. until visitation on Friday at the funeral home.

There will be no public services for Marjorie A. Newkirk, 90, of Marshall. The family will gather for a private memorial service at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A graveside service and burial for Loula Rae “Lou” Sims, 86, formerly of Sweet Springs,will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 30, at Sunset Gardens Cemetery, Marshall. Arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
