Funeral Announcements for April 29, 2024

The funeral service for Peggy Lynn Bay, 61, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 29 at Pyrmont Trinity Lutheran Church near Stover.  Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.

A private burial for Patricia Ann (Anderson) Barklage, 78, will take place at Longwood Cemetery in Longwood. Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Visitation for Scott Joseph Kammerich, 67, of Pilot Grove, will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday, April 29, at Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home in Pilot Grove, followed by a graveside committal service and military honors at 6:30 p.m. at St. Joseph Cemetery.

The family of  Ruby Faye Templeton, 91, of Sedalia, will have a celebration of life at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Memorial service for Mary Lou Holliday, 76, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 4, at Katy Park Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church. Burial will be at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

The family of Mark Allen Bird, 63, of Sedalia, will hold a celebration of life at a later date.

A celebration of life for William Joseph McDowell, 83, of Sedalia will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 29 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery immediately following the service.

There are no services scheduled at this time for John Edward Closser, 87, of Sedalia. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Anton Zaikin, 21, of Denver, Colo., formerly of Sedalia, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 4 at Word of Life Church. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

There are no services scheduled at this time for Donnie Lee Booth, 86, of Sedalia.  Cremation arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.
