Funeral Announcements for August 2, 2024

A private celebration of life for James Allen Lunsford, 59, of Cole Camp, will be held on Aug. 30.

A celebration of life for Betty Jean Hartsfield, 71, of Smithton, will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel.

Visitation for Kathleen (Kathie) Ann McGaugh, 68, will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Sedalia at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3 followed by a graveside service at 3 p.m., at Crown Hill Cemetery, Gate 5. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Theresa Rose Eads, 70, of Florence, will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3 at Rea Funeral Chapel.Prayers of the Rosary will be at 10:45 a.m., with a visitation to follow until service time. Burial will be at Olive Branch Cemetery, Beaman.

A graveside service for Sarah (Sally) Boyd Lynn of Sedalia, will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6 at Knob Noster Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
A graveside memorial service for Margaret June (Hyatt) McMullin, 85, of Kansas City, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 17 at Olive Branch Cemetery, near Beaman. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A graveside memorial will be held at a later date for Thomas Earl Arnold, 91, of Sedalia, at Whitaker Cemetery, Climax Springs. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A Celebration of Life for Ursula Yolanda Anaya, 72, of Sedalia, will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

A Memorial Mass for Sherry Lynn Vandevelde, 58, of Sedalia, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10 at St. Vincent de Paul Parish, St. Patrick Chapel. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home in Sedalia.

No services are planned at this time for Gary Ray Johnson Sr., 72, of Sedalia. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
