Funeral Announcements for August 31, 2023

There are no services planned for Phillip Harrison Staton, 80, of Houstonia, at this time.  Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home in Sedalia.

Funeral service for Wanda Lee Kelley, 87, of Sedalia, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 2 at Calvary Baptist Church. Visitation will be at 10 a.m., until service time at the church. Burial will be in Highland Sacred Gardens. Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Norman L. Dial, 83, of Nelson, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 5, at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until service time at the chapel. Burial will be at Berea Cemetery, Nelson.

A gathering of family and friends for Vicki Mae Fry, 63, of Bunceton, will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 31, at Heckart Funeral Home.

A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date for Rickey Joseph Kabler, 66. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Arrangements for Nikolay Ivanovich Makovskiy, 88, Sedalia, are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

The family of Robert Henry Dieckman, 86, of Cole Camp, will receive friends beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 2, at Christ Lutheran Church in Stover with funeral services to be held at 11 a.m. A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 1, at Fox Funeral Home in Cole Camp with visitation to begin at 6 p.m. Burial will be in Stover Cemetery in Stover with military honors by the American Legion Post No. 343 of Stover.

No formal services will be held at this time for JoAnna "Jodi” Blundell. Rea Funeral Chapel was in charge of cremation arrangements.

Visitation for Peter William Donatti, 49, of Sedalia, will be at 1p.m, Saturday, Sept. 2 at Heckart Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Burial will be at a later date in Crown Hill Cemetery.
