Funeral Announcements for February 2, 2021

A Celebration of Life for Brian Wade Landon, 51, of Sedalia, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 3 at Rea Funeral Chapel.

A memorial service for Martha A. Bridges, 94, of Sedalia, will be held at Wesley United Methodist Church Saturday, Feb. 13. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

A funeral service for Junia Mae "Judy" Smart, 89, of Cole Camp, will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 2 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cole Camp. Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time on Tuesday at the church. Arrangements are in care of the Fox Funeral Home.

A private family graveside service and burial for Cindy Ann Weaver, 62, of Sedalia, will be held Friday, Feb. 5 at Memorial Park Cemetery. There will be no formal visitation, although friends may offer condolences by signing the register book on Thursday, Feb. 4 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Rea Funeral Chapel.

Private graveside services for June Rissler, 96, of Sedalia, will be at Crown Hill Cemetery. There will be no formal visitation, however friends may pay their respects and sign the guestbook from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5 at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.

A private family graveside service for Sandra L. Gates, 84, of Kansas City, will be held Monday, Feb. 8 at Crown Hill Cemetery. Friends may sign the guestbook and pay their respects from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5 at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.

Interment for Lawrence Wayne “Larry” Wendel, 69, of Sedalia, will take place at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Life for John Luke Husong, 22, of Sedalia, will be held Friday, Feb. 5 at 11 a.m. at Cornerstone Baptist Church. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Warsaw. Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday Feb. 4 at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.

The family of Ruth Kathryn Bistline, 88, of Warsaw, will receive friends beginning at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 5 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cole Camp with funeral services to be held at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Warsaw. Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home.

A committal service for Frances Maureen (Phillips) Wolfe, 100, of Pilot Grove, will be held at approximately 2:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5 at Pleasant Green Methodist Cemetery. There will be no formal visitation, however friends may pay their respects and sign the guest book from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 4 at Meisenheimer Funeral Home in Pilot Grove.

The family of Barbara Ann Gregory, 66, Warsaw, formerly of Branson, will receive friends beginning at 1 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 12 at the First Baptist Church in Cole Camp with funeral services to be held at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home.
