Funeral Announcements for February 27, 2023

Graveside service for Judith A. “Judy” Bistline, 71, of Sedalia, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 4 at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

A Celebration of Life for Carla Sue (Jones) Caldwell, 78, of Sedalia, formerly of Odessa and Union, will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

A prayer service for Christopher David Paul, 31, of Sedalia, will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, Feb. 27 at Rea Funeral Chapel with visitation to follow until 8:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 12 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, at Sacred Heart Chapel St. Vincent de Paul Parish. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation for Alberta Jean Schultz, 86, will be held 11 to noon, Monday, Feb 27 at Heckart Funeral Home. Burial and graveside service will follow at 1 p.m., at Calvary Cemetery.  Local arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Jeanette Johnson, 93, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28 at Heckart Funeral Home in Sedalia, where the family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 1 at Floral Hills East Cemetery in Lee’s Summit.

Funeral service for Scott Sheldon Peck, 61, of Ionia, will be held at 12 p.m. Wednesday, March 1, at Fox Funeral Home in Cole Camp. Burial will follow at Union-Williams Cemetery with military honors. Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home.

A memorial service for Debra Lynn Edwards, 70, of Otterville, will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A celebration of life for Larry Dean Priesmeyer, 63, of Sedalia,will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 1 at Rea Funeral Chapel.
