Funeral Announcements for January 10, 2025

Visitation for Janet L. Isbell, 61, of Erwin, Tenn., formerly of Sedalia, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 11 at Heckart Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial will take place at Highland Sacred Gardens.

Funeral service for Cecelia Kathleen Twenter, 95 of rural Stover, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 11 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 15042 Chat Avenue, Cole Camp. Burial will be at St. John's Catholic Cemetery in Bahner.  Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home, Cole Camp.

A celebration of life for Alfred "Al" William Bacon Jr., 45 of La Monte, will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on Feb. 28 at Rea Funeral Chapel.

The family of Jeffrey Charles "Chuck" Jones, 60, of Stover, will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11 in the conference room at City Hall, 107 W. 2nd Street, Stover. Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home.

A celebration of life for  George Kevin Reeves, 69 of Sedalia, will be announced by the family at a later date. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A celebration of life for Juanita Turner Goodwin Gerke, 86, Ashland, will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pilot Grove. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, Jan. 15 at 10 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m., Interment will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Pilot Grove. Arrangements are in care of Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home, Pilot Grove.
