Funeral Announcements for January 12, 2022

A celebration of life for Robert C. Rudisill, Jr., 80, of Sedalia, will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

The family of Caroline P. Correa, 93, of Sedalia, will hold a private family memorial service at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

No services will be held for Eva Mae McClure, 79, of Marshall, formerly of Hughesville. Arrangements are under the direction of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.

A celebration of life for Judy Ann Newell, 81, of Sedalia will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 14 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Burial of the ashes will be held at a later date in Pilot Grove Cemetery.

There will be no formal services held for Frankie Lee Moon, 62 of Warsaw. Arrangements are by Rea Funeral Chapel.

Visitation for Harold Foster Scotten, 86, of La Monte, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 13 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia. The family will hold a private family celebration of life gathering at a later date.

Funeral service for Kimberly D. Anderson, 62, of Sedalia, will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 16 at Heckart Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15 at Heckart Funeral Home. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Mass of Christian Burial for Gloria "Jean" Vollrath, 75, of Pilot Grove, will be at 10 a.m. Jan. 12 at St. Joseph Catholic Church.  Interment will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Meisenheimer Funeral Home.

The family of Melvin Ray White, 64, of Sedalia, will receive friends beginning at 10 a.m. on  Saturday, Jan. 29 at the United Methodist Church in Smithton with a Celebration of Life to begin at 11 a.m. Arrangements are in care of the Fox Funeral Home, Cole Camp.

A memorial service for Rube Richard "Dick" Wakley, 83, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 14 at Wesley United Methodist Church, Sedalia. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the church. A military graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 14 at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, with full military honors conducted by Whiteman Air Force Base honors team and Sedalia VFW Post #2591.

Funeral service for  Michael Eugene Smith, 68, of La Monte, formerly of Sedalia, will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 13 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time at the chapel. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.

A Celebration of Life for Robert Dean Harvey, 84, of Sedalia, will be held by the family at Parkview Christian Church at a later date.  Arrangements are by Rea Funeral Chapel.

Prayers of the Rosary for Juanita Marie Dubbert-Mummert, 51, of Fortuna,will be said at 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 14 at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, with visitation to follow until 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church. Masks will be required at the visitation and funeral. Burial will be in St. Andrew’s Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home in Tipton.

A celebration of life for Sharon Lea Watt, 80 of Sedalia, will be held by the family at the Lindsey Pitts Funeral Home in Braymer, Mo., on Saturday, Jan. 22 at 1 pm. Burial of the ashes will be in Kingston Cemetery, Kingston, Mo., immediately following. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia.
