Funeral Announcements for January 29, 2024

A memorial service for Carolyn Sue Foster, 80, of Sedalia, will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 29 at the Church of Christ. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Graveside service for David James Roscher, 70, of Marshall, will be 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 1 at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville. Full military honors will be conducted by American Legion Post 558 and the US Army. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

Memorial service for Janice Faye Lambertz, 88, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 30 at the First United Methodist Church Celebration Center. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until service time at the Celebration Center. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Service for Bruce Dee Snyder, 82, Warsaw, will be on Feb. 2, at 2 p.m., at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 31469 S. Highway 5 in Tipton. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

The family of Charles Eugene “Charlie” Thomas, 70, will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 29 at Heckart Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30 at the funeral home. Burial will be in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Otterville.

A celebration of life for Donna Kay Wiedeman, 76, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 3 at First Christian Church Disciples of Christ. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Entombment will be at Crown Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Visitation for Ronnie Vansell, 83, of Sedalia, will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 30 at Heckart Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 31 at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Crown Hill Cemetery with Military Honors provided by the VFW Post 2591.

Visitation for Wynona Virginia O'Neill, 89, of Sedalia, will be held from 10 a.m. until service time on Thursday, Feb. 1 at Heckart Funeral Home in Sedalia. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Salem Cemetery.
