Funeral Announcements for January 29, 2025

A celebration of life for Janet Kay Tucker, 70, of Sedalia, will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Burial will be at a later date at McKee Chapel Cemetery in Green Ridge.

A celebration of life for Robert Dale "R.D." Harlan Jr., 64, of La Monte, will be held from 6 to 9 p.m., Friday, Jan. 31 at the Green Ridge Community Center, Green Ridge. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Memorial services for Michael Rex Snodgrass, 69, of Olathe, Kan., are being planned for Olathe and California, and will be announced at a later date. Burial will be in California City Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Scrivner-Page-Dady Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Alvin John Henry Niederwimmer, 94, of Sedalia, will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 1 at Heckart Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10 am until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in Highland Sacred Gardens.

A celebration of life for Mary Ellaine Foster Pohl, 68, of Sedalia, will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.
