Funeral Announcements for January 3, 2020

Funeral services for Billy Lee Bozarth, 87, of Sedalia, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3 at Heckart Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Burial will be in New Bethel Cemetery, south of Sedalia.

Funeral services for Sharon Kay Lutjen, 72, of Gravois Mills, will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 3 at Kent Memorial Lutheran Church in Sunrise Beach. Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery, Cole Camp.

A Mass of Christian burial for Mary (Betty) Elizabeth Vodicka, 82, of Sedalia, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 3 at St. Vincent de Paul at St. Patrick Chapel. A graveside service for Betty and Joe will be held at a later date in St. Wenceslaus Cemetery, Bolivar.

Memorial services for Louise Ann Blumhorst, 85, of Marshall, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 4 at Peace Lutheran Church in Slater. Visitation will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3 at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville.

Memorial graveside services with military rites for Clifford William Katemann, 87, of Kansas City, formerly of Marshall and Sedalia, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3 at Arrow Rock Cemetery in Arrow Rock. Arrangements are in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.

Arrangements are pending at this time for William James Myrick, 79, of Sedalia. Inurnment will be held at a later date at the Fort Leavenworth National Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Funeral service for William (Bill) H. Ficken, 89, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 9 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery with full military honors conducted by Sedalia VFW Post #2591 and Whiteman Air Force Base Honor Guard.

A Celebration of Life gathering for Linda Gail Waller, 76, of Otterville,will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Monday, Jan. 6 at Rea Funeral Chapel. Arrangements in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
