Funeral Announcements for January 3, 2024

A celebration of life for Rita Gwen Downs, 67, of Sedalia, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 4 at Rea Funeral Chapel, 3510 W. 16th Street.

A celebration of life for Joseph Paul Gibson, 60, of Sedalia, will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 5 at Rea Funeral Chapel, 3510 W. 16th Street.

Visitation for Sharrie F. Shull, 61, of Sedalia, will be 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 3 at Heckart Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held at a later date.

Funeral service for Ray D. Combs, 88, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 3 at First Christian Church. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Heckart Funeral Home.

The family of Elizabeth Ann Hazelrigg, 83, of Cole Camp, will receive friends beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 6 at First Baptist Church in Cole Camp where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery at Florence. Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home.

Memorial services will be held at a later date for Terry Edward White, 72, of La Monte. Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Visitation for Mary Ann Holman, 84, of Smithton, will be held on Friday, Jan. 5 from 10 a.m. until service time at Heckart Funeral Home in Sedalia.  Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with burial to follow in Salem Cemetery.

Arrangements are pending at Heckart Funeral Home for Ralph Wayne Randall, 82, of Dresden.

A private graveside service will be held for June Marie Flippin, 92, Clarksville, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.
