Funeral Announcements for January 7, 2025

A combined celebration of life for Clyde Russell Rotramel, 71, of Smithton, along with his daughter Angela Rotramel, will be held from 10 to 12 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9 with full military honors conducted by the United States Air Force and VFW Post #2591 at Rea Funeral Chapel.

A celebration of life for James Dennis Culbertson, 77, of Sedalia, will be held from 10 to 12 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7 at Rea Funeral Chapel.

Funeral service for Robert L. “Bob” Cox, 79, of La Plata, formerly of Sedalia, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 7 at Heckart Funeral Home. Burial with full military honors conducted by the United States Air Force will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Cremation arrangements for Maxine Barbara Haller, 74, of Sedalia are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home. Burial took place at the Calvary Episcopal Columbarium.

Visitation for Janet L. Isbell, 61, of Erwin, Tenn., formerly of Sedalia, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 11 at Heckart Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial will take place at Highland Sacred Gardens.

Visitation for Clay Ulmont Poynter, III, 60, Sedalia, will be held from 4 p.m. until service time on Tuesday, Jan. 7 at Heckart Funeral Home in Sedalia. A funeral service will be held at 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Crown Hill Cemetery.

Funeral service for Cecelia Kathleen Twenter, 95 of rural Stover, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 11 at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 15042 Chat Avenue, Cole Camp. The visitation will be on Friday, Jan. 10 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. with prayer of the Holy Rosary beginning at 6 p.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Burial will be at St. John's Catholic Cemetery in Bahner.  Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home, Cole Camp.
