Funeral Announcements for July 16, 2021

A graveside service with full military honors for Bobby C. Salmon, 94, of Sedalia, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, July 17 at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Shirley Joan Collins, 79, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 17, at St. Vincent de Paul St. Patrick Chapel. Prayers of the Rosary will be said at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, with visitation to follow until service time. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Visitation for Tommy G. Edwards, 77, of Tipton, will be from 12 to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 17, at Meisenheimer Funeral Home in Tipton, with a funeral service at 2 p.m., Burial with military honors will follow at the Tipton Masonic Cemetery.

A memorial service for David Grupe will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, July 17, at First United Methodist Church on Thompson Boulevard. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until service time Saturday at the church. A private burial will be in Smithton Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

A memorial service for Genice Cordelia Sims, 73, of Sedalia, will be held on Wednesday, July 21 at 4 p.m. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Graveside services for George William Brady, Jr. 93, of Sedalia, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, at Memorial Park Cemetery. Full military honors will be conducted by VFW Post 2591 and US Army. Friends may pay their respects and sign the guestbook from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 20, at Heckart Funeral Home.
