Funeral Announcements for June 19, 2025

A celebration of life for William "Bill" Joseph Marquess, 53, of Smithton, will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, June 21 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel.

The family of Debra Williams, 73, of Green Ridge, will receive friends beginning at 1 p.m. Monday, June 23 at Parkview Christian Church, where memorial services will begin at 2 p.m. Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Memorial service for Daron Eugene Miller, 55, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 19 at Heckart Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until service time.

A memorial service for Russell "Rusty" Ryan Ray, 66, of Centerview, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 19 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral chapel.

Arrangements for Linda May, 72, of Sedalia, are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

No formal services are planned for Richard Ray Reed, 62, of Warsaw.  A private family burial of cremains will take place at a later date at Salt Fork Cemetery in Nelson, Mo. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Funeral service for Velma V. (Southard) Morley, 93, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 20 at Heckart Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.

Funeral service for Jareth Demitri Biles, 9, of Warrensburg,  will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 25 at Rea Funeral Chapel. Visitation and viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral chapel.

There are no services planned at this time for Carol Sue Rush, 61, of Sedalia. Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

A celebration of life for Bobby "Bob" Joe Ross Jr., 64, of Sedalia, will be held from 10 am., to 12 p.m. Thursday, June 26 at Rea Funeral Chapel.
