Funeral Announcements for June 27, 2022

A memorial service for Thomas Leroy Watt, 54, of La Monte, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 9, at La Monte Baptist Church. Burial of ashes will be held following the memorial service at Kingston Cemetery in Kingston. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Funeral service for Charles Milton Amos, 86, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 27 at Heckart Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time. Burial will be in Highland Sacred Gardens, with military honors by the U.S. Army and VFW Post 2591.

Inurnment for Charles C. "Cliff" Lear, 95, of Sedalia, will be at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville on Monday, June 27, at 3 p.m., with military honors conducted by the US Army and Sedalia V.F.W. Post #2591. A celebration of life gathering of family and friends will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Graveside service for Kathleen (Kathy) Louise Parks Kessner, 72, will be held at a later date at Sunset Hill Cemetery, Warrensburg. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Amy Jo Muehler, 49, of rural Cole Camp, formerly of Norborne, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 28, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Concordia. Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 30 at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Hankinson, ND. Arrangements are in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.

A private service with burial for Edward Henry Parker, 96, of Sedalia, will be held at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville. Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

The family of Evelyn Josephine Steffens, 93, of Cole Camp, will receive friends beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 2 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cole Camp with funeral services to be held at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery near Cole Camp. Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home.
