Funeral Announcements for June 30, 2025

A funeral service for Visitation for Elizabeth Ann "Liz" Closser, 83, of Sedalia, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 30 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Pilot Grove City Cemetery.  Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

A private family service for John Robert Nichols, 75, Nelson, will be held with inurnment at Miller's Chapel Cemetery, located close to his home. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Home.

A prayer service for Vlad S. Izoita, 16, of Sedalia, will be held at 6 p.m. Sunday, June 29 at Sedalia Tabernacle - Skiniya Church, Sedalia. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 30. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Funeral service for Michael Dwayne Wissman, 64, of Cole Camp, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, June 27 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends beginning at 12 p.m., one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery.

A Celebration of Life for Terry L.C. Hazell, 75, of Sedalia, will take place at a future date. Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Memorial service for Nicky Dean Long, 71, of Cole Camp, will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, September 28 at the Jaycee House in Cole Camp.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Fox Funeral Home, Cole Camp.

Cremation arrangements for Daniel Scott Shoop, 41, of Sedalia are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Funeral service for Sharon Kay Heinaman, 76, of Sedalia, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 1 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends beginning at 1 p.m. at the chapel. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery in Sedalia.

Arrangements for Charles Robert (Bob) Reavis, 89, of rural La Monte, are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home. The family will hold a private service. There will be no visitation.
