Funeral Announcements for June 9, 2021

A Celebration of Life for Elvie Clifford Price, 79, of Sedalia, will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday, June 11, at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel. A private graveside service will be held at a later date in Highland Sacred Gardens.

Military rites with a memorial service for Winston John Borchers, 75, of Lone Jack, will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 26, at the American Legion, 820 SE Vista Dr., Lee's Summit, followed by a celebration of life until 4 p.m. Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home.

A funeral service for Gene Arthur Ferguson, 91, of Sedalia, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 11, at Heckart Funeral Home. Prayers of the Rosary will be said at 9 a.m. Friday, followed by visitation until service time. Burial will be in La Monte Cemetery.

There will be a memorial service for Beverly Sue Olsen, 78, of Marshall, held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 24 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Marshall. Arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Graveside services with military honors for Jack Francis Veulemans, 93, of Sedalia, formerly of Tipton, who died Jan. 25, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 12, at St. Andrew's Cemetery in Tipton. Arrangements are under the direction of Meisenheimer Funeral Home in Tipton.

A memorial service for Carol Jane (Phifer) Rodewald, 70, of Windsor, will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, June 12, at the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor. The family will receive friends before the service from 10 to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, at a later date.

A celebration of life for Jeanine Marie Moseley, 59, of Boonville, will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, June 12, at her daughter Tina’s home, 1410 South Fork Lane, Tipton. Arrangements are in the care of Meisenheimer Funeral Home in Tipton.

Funeral service for Kenneth Schreiner, 90 of Kansas City, will be 11 a.m. Thursday, June 17, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. Burial will follow with military rites in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, June 16, at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.

The family of Joseph Franklin Kabler, 91, of Cole Camp, will receive friends beginning at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 10, at St. John's Lutheran Church near Cole Camp with funeral services to begin at 11 a.m.   Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran Cemetery near Cole Camp with military honors by the American Legion Post No. 305 of Cole Camp. Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home, Cole Camp.
