Funeral Announcements for June 9, 2022

A Celebration of Life for David Robert Johnson, 88, of Sedalia, will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 11 in the Parish Center of Sacred Heart Chapel. Arrangements are in care of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.

Mass of Christian Burial for Kenneth E. Lammers, 88, of Blackwater, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 8 at the church. Burial with military honors will follow the Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home in Pilot Grove.

A memorial service for Thomas Byron Hulse, 80, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 8 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery at a later date.

Funeral service for Harold Eugene Young, 49, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 9 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Burial will be held at Highland Sacred Gardens at a later date.

A memorial service for Joni Lynn Bale, 63, of Sedalia, will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, June 9 at Abundant Harvest Worship Center in Sedalia. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Service for Tammy L. Shipman, 56, of Sedalia, will be held at a later date. Interment will be in the Shipman family section at Lehigh Cemetery, Lehigh, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home.

A graveside service and burial for Barbara Forsythe McGuire, 55, of Forrest, Miss., formerly of Sedalia, will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, June 13 at Crown Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Committal services for Phillip "Flop" Wayne Kerksiek, 72, of Warsaw, will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 11 at Stover Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home, Cole Camp.

Visitation for  Dorothy Jean Spence, 95, of Versailles, will be on Wednesday, June 15, at the Scrivner-Page-Dady Funeral Home in Versailles, at 10:30 a.m. with the funeral service starting at 11:00 a.m.   Burial will be at New Lebanon Cemetery, Cooper County (on Highway A south of Pilot Grove) following the funeral service.

Friends of Helen Brazos (Mrs. John), 100, of Sedalia, may pay their respects and sign the guest book from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, June 10 at Heckart Funeral Home. A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Smithton Cemetery.
