Funeral Announcements for March 20, 2020

Mass of Christian Burial for Dorothy Marie Kennedy, 85, of Sedalia, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 21 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Sedalia. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. There will be no visitation.

No services are planned at this time for Lisa Nanette Horn, 56, of Sedalia. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Due to health risk concerns with group gatherings, no services are planned at this time for Nevin A. Almquist, 78, of Sedalia. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.

A private family graveside memorial service for Janet Rae Parker, 77, of Sedalia will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A Funeral Service for Betty Jean Baker, age 84, of Tipton, will be at 1 p.m. Friday, March 20 at First Baptist Church, Tipton, with burial immediately following at Hickman Cemetery in Clarksburg, Missouri. A visitation will begin at 12 p.m. prior to the service also at the church.

A private celebration of life service for Jeffrey Glenn Shipley, 54, of Sedalia will be held on Monday, March 23 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, March 22 at the funeral chapel.

A private family graveside service for Charity L. Henson, 38, of Sedalia, will be held at Crown Hill Cemetery. Friends may sign the guest book from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, March 23 and Tuesday, March 24, at Heckart Funeral Home. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.
