Funeral Announcements for March 21, 2023

A Celebration of Life for Tonya Lynn Waller, 54, of Knob Noster, will be 5 p.m., Friday, March 24 at Heckart Funeral Home. Visitation will be 4 p.m., until service time.

Visitation for Dennis Ray Davis, 84, of Sedalia, will be held from 12:30 p.m. until service time at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sedalia on Thursday, March 23.  Memorial services will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. at the church.  Inurnment for Dennis and Erma will be immediately following the memorial service at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

There will be no services held at this time for Marlin Lee Dedrick, 67, of Longwood. Cremation arrangements are in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Arrangements for Carlton Lee Hamilton I, 76, of Lincoln, are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date for Curtis L. Bowers, 61, of Smithton. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

Funeral service for Bill Joe Griffith Sr., 84, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 24 at Calvary Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 23 at Rea Funeral Chapel. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery.

A celebration of life for Gary Charlie Brown, 64, of Sedalia, will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 22, at the Korner Lounge. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

A celebration of life for Dianne Marie Gonzales, 57, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 22, at Heckart Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 21 at Heckart Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery.

Private graveside service and inurnment for Delores Mae Butler, 92, of Sedalia, will take place at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

Visitation for Roy Francis Kirby, 83, of Mount Leonard, Missouri, will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 24, at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Services will follow at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Graveside services with military rites will be held at the Missouri State Veterans’ Cemetery in Higginsville.
